WELCOME TO THE NEW GOLDSTREAM STATION MARKET

Go Green! Walk/ride/cycle to our new downtown market...
The former Luxton Station Market has moved to Bryn Maur Road in downtown Langford this year, and has taken on a new name reflective of the new location – the Goldstream Station Market! This street (a type known as "woonerf" in the Netherlands where it originated) was designed more for pedestrian traffic than cars and has a European flavour that will be complemented by the Market. We look forward to a vibrant and active market. There are two coffee shops (Vanilla Cream Cafe and Mirage Coffee) with patio seating right next door!

Official Opening – July 11
Come join the celebration - and enjoy a piece of birthday cake!

We hope you had a wonderful winter and we we look forward to seeing you again this year in our new urban digs – our first market is on Saturday, May 30.

The market is held every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. opening for the season on May 30 and running until October 17 in 2009. Want to know who's entertaining or visiting the market? Click on CALENDAR.

Are you interested in being a vendor at the market? Click on the VENDOR INFO on the sidebar, and you'll find information on being a vendor – for growers, crafters and food processors – including the vendor application form and our rules & regulations.  The daily stall fee is $15. Please call ahead to reserve your space for market day.

Got a band looking for a country gig? We’re also interested in hearing from choirs, dancers and other performance artists. And people like to watch people (and other critters) do things – throwing pots, weaving, for example – so if you have an idea for an activity you'd like to see at the market, then click on ENTERTAINER INFO on the sidebar menu.

We also offer free space for community groups to come to the market. If you are interested in telling the community about who are and what you do, visit the COMMUNITY GROUPS page.

Interested in volunteering or want to learn more about who's running the market, then come along and find out ABOUT US.
